Since Exceleras offers intangible services we do not issue refunds after the service is performed via the Exceleras website. Notwithstanding the above, DST grants all customers a 24-hour right of rescission to cancel services other than products or services delivered via download.

If you pay for the Exceleras Service through a credit card at http://www.Exceleras.com or through a direct billing arrangement with Exceleras, then you or Exceleras may cancel your account at any time subject to the following policies:

  • First 24 Hours & Your Right of Rescission: If you or Exceleras cancel your account within the first 24 hours, all charges for the Exceleras service will be credited back to your credit card or otherwise refunded to you, unless your account is cancelled by Exceleras for cause.
  • Cancelation after 24 Hours: If you or Exceleras cancel your account at any time after the first 24 hours, Exceleras will discontinue charging your credit card for any on-going service fees or otherwise cease assessing charges under your direct billing arrangement, but will not refund any amounts for the current or previous months of service
  • Free Usage: You will not be provided a refund for any month for which you were not charged for the Exceleras Service (i.e., as a result of any free usage or other promotion).

Many of our products are available as fully functional downloads, for this reason, we offer no refunds as a matter of policy for downloaded products; however, at our option and discretion, exceptions can be made under special circumstances.
